Common Issues

2. My download link isn’t working.

• Try a different browser or device.

• Make sure your internet connection is stable.

  
  If it still doesn’t work, send us a screenshot or the exact error message so we can troubleshoot.

3. I can’t open the PDF.

• Make sure you have a PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) installed and updated.

• On mobile, try saving the file first, then opening it from your Files app.
